Once they have passed all grading, and are considered to be of the superior standard we expect, our meats are then wet aged for at least 21 days to intensify their natural meaty flavors. Once ready to be enjoyed, we carefully package this gourmet meat to retain a cool temperature and expedite it overnight to your kitchen.
