Butchered with surgical precision and cleanliness, this beef has an unparalleled shelf life of 120 days! Hand-sorted, all our Wagyu steaks are graded carefully to ensure consistency and the right level of marbling. Once they have passed all grading, and are considered to be of the superior standard we expect, our meats are then wet aged for at least 21 days to intensify their natural meaty flavors. Once ready to be enjoyed, we carefully package this gourmet meat to retain a cool temperature and expedite it overnight to your kitchen. These extra steps ensure that our meat stays fresh and delicious, arriving at your door ready to use and enjoy!
